The address is incorrect. Chiurazzi, in error, sent the letter to an address that does not exist. The Post Office delivered it, recognizing the addressee, rather than return the letter to its sender.

 The correct word is "its", not it's. The incorrect word, "it's", means it is, literally "...you were it is president...".

The word  "this" is misleading in this paragraph; it is used twice. It can be interpreted to mean "this document", i.e., the letter you are reading, not the document to which it refers.  Documents from lawyers are usually written so as to not have multiple interpretations; instead of the word "this", the word "the" should have been used to avoid confusion.

The word "you" is incorrect. The correct word is "your", as in "...deny your request..."
